How to Buy

1. Select the animal and product category

From the homepage or the main menu, choose the type of animal and the desired product category. Each product has its own page with useful information.

2. Product selection

Click on the product you are interested in. If multiple models are available, select the one you prefer from the drop-down menu; the price will update automatically. The displayed price is excluding shipping costs.

4. Enter your details, choose shipping and payment

• Personal details: enter your first name, last name and email address. You can create an account or continue as a guest after accepting the privacy policy.
• Addresses: enter the billing address and, if different, the delivery address.
• For companies: enter your VAT number where applicable. VAT handling is managed automatically during checkout according to applicable regulations.
• Phone number: required so the courier can contact you to arrange delivery. We recommend providing two phone numbers, if available, to avoid delays.
• Shipping and notes: view the shipping costs and add any notes or delivery instructions.
• Payment: choose your preferred payment method at checkout: PayPal (also available in 3 instalments, subject to PayPal approval), credit/debit card, bank transfer, Apple Pay / Google Pay (if available). Accept the required conditions and proceed.

5. Cart summary

Review the selected products with prices and quantities. You can change quantities, remove items or enter discount codes, if available. When ready, click “Proceed with order” to continue.

6. Order confirmation

After payment confirmation, we will proceed with the shipment of your order. You will receive a confirmation email. Delivery times vary depending on destination: Italy: approximately 4–7 working days; European Union: approximately 10–15 working days; Extra-EU countries: delivery times and costs provided on request.
