Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract of standard products, without providing any reason, within 14 calendar days from the day you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) acquire physical possession of the goods.

Use the original packaging or equivalent packaging that ensures adequate protection during transport. Make sure the package is well sealed.

2. Shipping

Return shipping costs are your responsibility. You can choose to use a courier of your choice or request our courier; in this case, the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Timing and Methods

Once we have received the products and verified their integrity, we will proceed with the refund within 14 calendar days from the date we were informed of your decision to withdraw. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
