Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer customer (B2C), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for standard products, without providing any reason, within 14 calendar days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) acquires physical possession of the goods.

⚠️ Attention: the right of withdrawal is excluded for products made to measure or clearly personalised, in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations.

Professional customers (B2B)

The right of withdrawal does not apply to professional customers (B2B), such as companies, self-employed professionals, organisations or any purchaser acting with a valid VAT number.

For such customers, any order cancellation, return or refund is possible only if expressly agreed in writing with Ferranti srl unipersonale and under the conditions defined by the company.

How to exercise the right of withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must send a clear and explicit communication within the time limits indicated, using one of the following channels:

No pre-filled withdrawal form is required: the request must be clearly and unequivocally stated.

Return conditions

To be eligible for return, products must:

  • be intact and unused;
  • be returned with adequate packaging, preferably the original one;
  • be shipped back within 14 calendar days from the withdrawal communication.

The customer is responsible for any decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Upon request, it is possible to use our courier service: in this case, the transport cost may be deducted from the refund.

Refunds

In the event of a properly exercised withdrawal, the refund will include:

  • the value of the returned products;
  • the standard shipping costs originally paid for delivery to the customer.

The following are not refundable:

  • return shipping costs;
  • any additional costs resulting from delivery methods other than standard delivery;
  • any costs resulting from a decrease in the value of the goods due to improper use.

In the case of damaged, defective or non-conforming products, handling will be carried out in accordance with the applicable legal warranty of conformity.

The refund will be issued within 14 days from receipt of the returned goods or from proof of shipment, using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

Damaged, defective or non-conforming products

If a product is damaged, defective or non-conforming, the customer must contact us promptly, providing a description of the issue and, where requested, photographic documentation.

In such cases, handling will take place in accordance with the legal warranty of conformity, with repair, replacement or refund, as applicable.
