Order processing time
The orders processing time for e-commerce order, is approximately 1-2 working days after receipt of payment.
For orders received on acceptance of quotation, the times indicated will be respected.

The goods will be delivered by courier by truck equipped with hydraulic tail lift and will be left at street level (point of arrival of the truck) without porterage service.

We ask you to inform us if access to trucks is not possible or recommended in your street either due to legal restrictions or manoeuvring problems.
The goods travel with packaging made of cardboard boxes, cellophane, suitably closed with strapping or sealing tape, or on pallets lined with bubble wrap and cellophane.
Acceptance of goods
At the time of the delivery 0of the goods by the courier, please check if the number of packages delivered corresponds to the number indicated on the invoice; if the packaging is intact, not damaged, not wet or otherwise altered.
