How to Buy

1. Select the animal and product category

From the homepage or the top menu, choose the type of animal and the desired product category. Each product has a dedicated page with useful information.

2. Product selection

Click on the product you are interested in. If it has multiple models, select the one you prefer from the drop-down menu; the price will update automatically. The price shown includes VAT but excludes shipping.

4. Enter your details, choose shipping and payment

• Personal details: Enter your name, surname, and email. You can create an account for future purchases or continue as a guest after accepting the privacy policy.
• Addresses: Enter the billing address and, if different, the shipping address. For companies, enter your VAT number/Tax Code and SDI code. For private customers, enter your Tax Code.
• Phone numbers: Required so the courier can contact you for delivery.
• Shipping method and notes: View the shipping costs. You can add notes for the courier with additional instructions.
• Payment: Choose your preferred payment method (Bank transfer, Cash on delivery, PayPal, PayPal in 3 installments, Credit card). Accept the privacy policy and proceed.

5. Cart summary

Check the selected products with their respective prices and quantities. You can change quantities or remove items using the drop-down menus, and enter any discount codes to apply promotions. When you are ready, click Proceed with the order to continue with the purchase.

6. Order confirmation

Select the payment method you prefer to complete your order. Once the payment is confirmed, we will immediately proceed with shipping your package. You will receive a confirmation email. Delivery will be made by national courier in approximately 4–7 working days.
