How to buy online our pet cages and kennels

Complete the order in 6 steps:

    SELECT THE TYPE OF ANIMAL FROM THE UPPER MENU

    Choose the type of animal you are looking for shelter, then click the product category you want

    CLICK ON THE PRODUCT YOU WANT

    Choose the product you are interested in, and if the product has variants, open the drop-down menu and select the model you prefer, the price will update

    The price near the description is VAT included but transport excluded

    ADD TO CART - COSTS OF TRANSPORT

    Click on Add to cart, then continue shopping to add other products, or proceed with your order to continue

    A window will open showing the number of products chosen, the total products, the total shipping and the total to pay.

    PROCEED WITH YOUR ORDER - CART

    If you choose multiple products, the shipping costs are updated on the total weight of the goods. You have also the possibility to modify your order changing the quantities or deleting the product clicking the basket. Click on proceed with your order to continue

  • REGISTRATION OF PURCHASE DATA

    PERSONAL INFORMATIONS

    Write name, surname and email, then if you want to create an account to reuse the next times, or after flag the privacy policy, click continue

    ADDRESSES - SHIPPING DATA

    Enter your data, the address of the goods and, if different, the address for invoice. If the billing is to a company, remember to enter VAT NUMBER / IDENTIFICATION NUMBER. If the billing is to a private custmer, remember to enter "NA" in the field Identification Number

    Phone are required because you will be notified by the carrier to make a delivery appointment

    SHIPPING METHOD AND NOTES

    Here you can see the total shipping and you have a field comment to make us eventual communications or special provisions to be communicated to the courier

    PAYMENT

    Choose the payment you prefer: bank transfer, PayPal, Credit Card and follow the instructions required

    If you choose the bank transfer you can view the bank details.

    DELIVERY TIME

    The goods will be delivered by express courier in 5-15 working days from the order receipt
